- Item is lost or no delivery
If no claim is made within 7 days of delivery which is a return window, then, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
What is not covered
Item does not fit / changed mind
If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a refund. Please check Returns & Refunds section.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time because of the fact that production starts immediately as soon as the order is confirmed.
